During the spring and summer of 2018 - the Building and Zoning Department will be performing our typical annual property maintenance inspections for deteriorated property conditions (as well as sidewalks) in need of replacement(s), repair(s), removal(s) and/or are in violation of our City Ordinances. These inspections will focus on the conditions of buildings, accessory structures, sidewalks, alleys, fences, lawns, excessive debris accumulation(s) & overall general property maintenance.
This memorandum is a reminder to all property owners to review their property for items in need of general maintenance, repair, replacement, and/or removal to help keep the high quality condition of our Grandview Heights properties.
To help prevent violation citations from being issued for any conditions in need of repair, or replacement and/or removal - please be proactive and perform your own exterior premises spring cleaning & property condition assessment and related simple repairs.
